REFUND POLICY


At Muscleland we strongly believe in our products and do our best to make the customer satisfied with all products purchased. We understand at times you may need to return an item therefore our return policy is;
Full priced items can be returned for a refund or an online store credit if the item adheres to the following guidelines - 
*Customer must return the item within 14 days from original purchase date 
* Item is unworn, unmarked, no stains, no smell and in its orginal condition.
* Undamaged packaging  
*All shipping expenses are to be covered by the customer (unless the item is deemed faulty by our team) 
*Muscleland will not be responsible for any missing return packages should they not reach us. Therefore it is strongly advised to use a trackable shipping method. 
*Proof of purchase is required for all returns that clearly state that the item was purchased from www.muscleland.com.au. 

Unfortunately we don't currently offer exchanges, however if you need to swap a size, style, colour etc you may return your order (at customer expense) for an online store credit and then use this to re-purchase your preferred item. (Granted your item is in stock at the time of purchase) 
Please be advised that the online store credit is issued similar to a gift card and is valid for 6 months from the date of creation. 

FAULTY ITEMS 

We are sorry if your item is not perfect! 

Please email us at muscleland@outlook.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the fault and we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault would be highly helpful. Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these costs if the item is confirmed faulty.
